2. Benefits of appointment making:
- Getting prompt service, no need to wait for your turn of queuing.
- The parts are ready, no need for purchase inquiry.
- The technical team are assigned pursuant to your appointment.
3. Notices when making an appointment:
- Appointment to be made 4 hours ahead during business hours, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Be punctual.
- Look at the appointment board or contact the service receptionist to be ushered to the Service Expert counter so your car is accepted pursuant to the appointment schedule.
4. Assistance to making appointments for customers:
- Lateness of 5 minutes : Service experts will be waiting to give the service.
- Lateness of over 5 minutes: Service experts will give priority right after the customer being serviced.
- In terms of vehicles in need of repairs and copper paint to be compensated by insurance, will you please make an appointment with insurance company so they will come and investigate the damage prior to your request of quotation and repairs by the service experts to save the time.
- In terms of other emerging problems, will you please contact service receptionist or customer’s assistance.
